Chacon Development Inc has a myriad of international experience. Chacon has built projects such as the Ambassadors Bloomsbury Hotel in London, along with retail plazas, industrial complexes, convention and banquet halls, to a crematorium and a funeral home.
Throughout their long-storied history, Chacon has taken a hands-on approach with all stages of each project from in-house design, general contracting, design build, municipal planning, coordination of construction and overall project management. This approach results in proven cost controls, streamlined scheduling, effective project management, and an overall project synergy.`
Closer to home, Chacon built the breathtaking Mount Alverno Luxury Resorts right here in Caledon Villages for our community. Chacon’s Jeevan Niwas project is set to break ground this year – a 155-unit retirement home community complete with restaurants, pools, theatres, libraries and retail stores all on one site in Brampton, Ontario. Chacon is targeting members of our community directly with amenities and building services focused specifically to the community.
